Notice: By accessing RAM.dev or engaging in a service contract, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Development & SEO
All project deliverables, milestones, and guarantees will be outlined within the specific Statement of Work (SOW). SEO timelines are estimates, as search engine algorithms are governed by external parameters.
2. Payment and Milestones
Projects generally require a 50% upfront deposit. Monthly SEO retainers are billed at the start of the month. Failure to remit payments may result in pausing campaign deployments.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights (IP), including frontend source code and backend infrastructure, are transferred entirely to the client.
